Hello Special Education Teachers! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Special Education Teachers for the  school year in the Marana, AZ area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• Competitive pay ($45/hour)

• Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or Related Field
• Active Arizona Special Education Teacher license
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
