Type:Full-time
Schedule:Monday-Friday,dayshift.
Occasionalovertimeand/orweekendsasneeded.
Job Responsibilities
- Readandinterpretshopdrawings,isometric drawings,andweldingprocedurestodetermineweldingrequirements.
- Fabricatepipingsystemsoncarbonsteel,stainless steel,andvariousalloys.
- Fabricatetankandpressurevesselsusingtheappropriatehandtoolsandpositioners.
- Conductvisualinspectionsofweldstoensuretheymeetqualitystandardsandspecifications.
- Operateheavysteelfabricationmachinery.
- Collaboratewithteammemberstoplanandexecuteweldingprojectsefficientlyandeffectively.
- Maintainacleanandorganizedworkarea.
- AdheretoandfollowallsafetyrulesandPPErequirements.
- Performotherdutiesasassigned.
- Mustbeabletopassa6
Gweldingtest. - ProficientinASMEprocesspipingusingGMAW/FCAW-GandGTAWoncarbonsteelandotheralloys.
- Abilitytopassx-rayand
Phased Array Ultrasonic Testinginaccordancewith ASME. - Previousexperiencewithtankandpressurevesselfabrication.
- Beaforward-thinkingindividualandaself-starter.
- Abilitytoworkwellwithothersandtakeinstructionfromsupervisors.
- Experiencewithstandardshopequipmentincludingoverheadcranes.
- Mustpasspre-employmentsubstanceabusetesting.
