Associate Manufacturing Operator - 2nd Shift Schedule - (2:00PM to 10:30PM, M-F)
Location:
Marana, AZ 85653 (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract Pay rate: $19.89/hr on W2 NOTE
- Candidates must be willing to work 5-10 hours of OT/ week as needed. Candidates must also be willing to work 2 Saturdays/month if production demands require it.
Job description:
- Assemble products following specifications
- Ensure quality control during assembly
- Maintain production efficiency
- Operate tools and machinery safely
- Report issues to supervisors
- Cross train on multiple stations
- Runs automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including: equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.
Position requirements:
- 0–5 years of experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Proficiency in industry tools/software
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Associates degree is preferred but not required
