Manufacturing Operator

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operator for a prominent client. This position is located in Marana, AZ.

• Location
  :
  Marana, AZ (100% onsite).
• Payrate
  : $19.89/hr W2.
• Contract
  : 12 months (possible extension based on performance and budget).
• Shift
  : 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
• Must be willing to work 5-10 hours of overtime per week as needed.
• Must also be willing to work 2 Saturdays per month if production demands require it.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate degree preferred.
• Experience assembling products and assemblies in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment required.
• Ability to run automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.

• Assemble products following specifications.
• Ensure quality control during assembly.
• Maintain production efficiency.
• Operate tools and machinery safely.
• Report issues to supervisors.
• Cross-train on multiple stations.
• Run automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.
