Position SummaryAssemble products following specifications. Ensure quality control during assemble and maintain production efficiency.
Background & ContextThis is an onsite manufacturing role supporting production demands that may require overtime and occasional weekend work.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble products following specifications.
- Ensure quality control during assembly.
- Maintain production efficiency.
- Operate tools and machinery safely.
- Report issues to supervisors.
- Cross train on multiple stations.
- Run automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including: equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.
- 0-5 years of experience.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willing to collaborate and work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in industry tools/software.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.
