Pathway Electric LLC is a small real‑estate electrical contractor located in Marana, US, specializing in residential projects. We are seeking an experienced electrician to join our team, working full time with opportunities for overtime.

• Experience in residential, new construction, remodels, residential and commercial service work, and light commercial.
• Ability to work autonomously on job sites without direct supervision.
• Comfortable working at pace and adapting or improvising to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Clear communication skills for coordinating with owners and team members.
• Reliable transportation.

• Perform residential wiring work independently from rough‑in through final connections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on‑site electrical issues quickly to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare job sites by gathering materials, tools, and equipment needed for each phase.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans to execute work to spec.
• Maintain quality control to ensure installations meet code and company standards.
• Communicate work performed and report job status, materials used, and any issues to owner.
• Follow safety protocols and promote a safe work environment on every site.
