Painterwithexperienceinindustrialpaintingorcoatings,includinglarge-scaleacrylic,polyurea,andotherapplications.
Thispositionisresponsibleforallfieldworkinpreparingmaterials,equipmentandtoolingtosafelyandefficientlypaintorapplycoatingtovarioussurfacesandmaterialtypes.
Thisroleinvolveslaboriousworkforpreparationofsurfacetomeet Manufactureror Industry standards ,applypaintinmultiplecoatingsandvalidatecuringprocess.
Performalldutiesasrequiredby Foreman,Superintendentorotherprojectstaff.
- Prepareandprotectworkareasbymaskingandcoveringadjacentsurfaces,structures,and utilities.
- Performsurfacepreparationfornewandexistingmaterials,including cleaning,sanding,priming,andchemicaltreatmentsasrequired.
- Mix,stage,andapplycoatingsusingbrushes,rollers,andsprayequipmentinaccordancewithprojectspecifications.
- Operateandmaintainpaintingequipment,ensuringpropersetup,functionality,andsafeuse.
- Cleanandmaintaintools,equipment,andworkareasthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
- Safelymoveandhandlematerials,tools,andequipmentacrossjobsites.
- Erectanddismantlescaffolding,ladders,andaerialliftstosupportcoatingapplications.
- Conductend-of-shiftequipmentcleaning,inspection,and maintenance,includingspraysystemsandcomponents.
- Followallcompanypolicies,procedures,andprojectrequirements.
- Complywithandpromotesafetyandenvironmentalstandards,maintainingacleanandhazard-freeworkenvironment.
- Participateinrequiredtrainingprogramsandongoingskilldevelopment.
- Experienceinindustrialpainting/coatings,includinglarge-scaleapplications(e.g.,acrylic,polyurea)
- Valid driverāslicensewithaninsurabledrivingrecord
- Abilitytoworkextendedhoursandtravelasneededtomeetprojectandworkloaddemand
