Hourly Wage: $56.04 - $58.99
Relocation expenses are available up to $12,500 to support qualified candidates in joining our team.
Any hours worked beyond the standard schedule will be compensated at 1.75 times the regular hourly rate.

What You Will DoAs a Journeyman Lineman, you are at the forefront of powering our communities and delivering the reliable electric service our members depend on every day. This position is responsible for the safe construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoration of Trico's electric distribution system, helping ensure the uninterrupted flow of electricity to homes, businesses, schools, and essential services throughout our service territory. More than a skilled trade professional, the Journeyman Lineman serves as a trusted steward of critical infrastructure, responding to outages, supporting system improvements, and protecting the safety and reliability of the electric grid.
Working in a team-oriented environment, this role combines technical expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to safety to make a meaningful impact on the communities we serve.
