As a Site Manager, you will work closely with Business Managers and technical teams to ensure the smooth operational execution of projects, from site preparation to final delivery.

You will play a key role in coordinating teams, monitoring work, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Participate in the operational management of photovoltaic projects
• Monitor work in collaboration with technical teams and subcontractors
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, costs, and quality standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and processes
• Ensure regular reporting of work progress to various project stakeholders
• Participate in the management of administrative and contractual aspects of sites
• Ensure site safety and compliance with current regulations

Profile:

Graduate in Engineering (Energy, Environmental, Civil, Electrical, Building, etc.), ideally with initial experience in the construction sector or in site management.

Experience in the photovoltaic sector is a plus, but not mandatory.

Competencies:

• Precise, organized, and with good relational skills, you appreciate teamwork and pay particular attention to safety on site.
• You are available for frequent trips to our different sites in Italy.
• Knowledge of the Italian language is indispensable; good knowledge of English is considered a plus.
