Marathon Fire Rescue in Marathon, FL seeks Paramedics to staff the Medical Transfer Crew. The team handles ALS, BLS and critical care transports, with occasional 911 calls and fire scene rehabilitation. Crew members work 24-hour shifts, with a minimum of four per month required.
Applicants must hold State of Florida EMT-P certification along with ACLS, BLS/CPR and EVOC. Drug tests and background checks are part of the process;
