EOS Hospitality -  -  - Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.;
Assist guests with luggage and guide them to their rooms, explaining room features and hotel amenities.;
Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services, and escort guests to rooms as needed.;
Handle guest requests for additional services (transportation, wake-up calls, or room service) and coordinate accordingly.;
Maintain a neat, organized bell desk and handle guest complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
