This hotel is conveniently located on the Florida Bay in Marathon, offering easy access to the area's top destinations, including Aquarium Encounters, Big Pine Key and Key West. We offer our guests a well‑equipped fitness center; on‑site dining for breakfast, dinner and cocktails; and an outdoor infinity pool with hot tubs and a tiki bar.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Handle guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process all check‑ins and check‑outs according to established hotel requirements.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Resolve discrepancies in the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Provide superior guest services, including check‑in/check‑out, payment processing and friendly, professional service to guests and visitors.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management and co‑workers.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
