Property Operations Attendant

Overview

Reporting to the General Manager, the property’s Operations Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance and repair of the property and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the guests’ experience.

Candidates should be available to work weekends & some holidays.

• Clean guest accommodations and common areas as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, sweeping and mopping
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs, communicating with management and team members to minimize guest impacts and remain within budget
• Communicate and coordinate with management, team members, guests and vendors in alignment with property objectives
• Other duties as assigned

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Work experience in a related field preferred, with maintenance and/or housekeeping experience
• Hospitality experience preferred. Training will be provided
