Audit, post and balance daily cashiers work for outlets including, but not limited to, Rooms and Food & Beverage;
Greet, check-in and checkout guests at Front Desk in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner;
Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, entertainment, and hours of operation;
Resolve guest challenges and take appropriate action to ensure 100% guest satisfaction;
Balance and prepare shift closing paperwork and maintain a clean work area
