Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping floors;
Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies throughout the shift;
Prepare garnishes and assist in the setup of the bar before opening;
Assist bartenders by retrieving items, changing kegs, and ensuring ice bins are filled;
Collect and wash used glassware and utensils promptly
