Public Area Attendant

EOS Hospitality - 1 Knights Key Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize public restrooms, including replenishing supplies;
Vacuum and mop floors in lobbies, corridors, and other public areas;
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items;
Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors;
Empty trash bins and replace liners;
Clean and maintain elevators and stairways;
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner;
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries;
Report any guest complaints or issues to the supervisor;
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines;
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety standards;
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor;
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies;
Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other areas as needed;
Notify the supervisor of any supply shortages;
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations;
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors;
Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned
