Line Cook

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high‑volume kitchen, a passion for quality food, and the ability to maintain a clean and efficient workspace while supporting the team during busy shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and service lunch/dinner lines and cold stations according to restaurant standards
  • Review production needs from the previous day and prepare accordingly
  • Cook food to order while maintaining consistent quality and presentation
  • Prepare miscellaneous food items and garnish plates as required
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and workstations
  • Assist in inventory control and requisition supplies as needed
  • Assist in training new associates as needed
  • Maintain a smooth and efficient operation during high‑volume meal services
Qualifications
  • 2‑year culinary degree or relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high‑volume restaurant or resort kitchen
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality food preparation
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
