The Busser supports impeccable table maintenance and service flow, contributing to a luxurious and welcoming ambiance. This role enhances every detail that distinguishes a fine-dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities
* Reset and prepare tables with precision and speed
* Maintain pristine dining room environment at all times
* Assist servers with beverage refills, bread service, and guest requests
* Polish glassware & silver to luxury standards
* Ensure smooth transitions through each stage of service
Qualifications
* Experience in upscale dining environment a plus
* Graceful, professional movement in the dining room
* Commitment to cleanliness and proactive support
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand and walk up to 8-10 hours per shift
* Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 40 lbs (bus tubs, linens, chairs, etc.)
* Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
* Comfortable moving quickly and quietly in a luxury dining environment
