Hawks Cay Resort, the premier destination in Duck Key, Florida, is seeking dedicated and service-oriented Food Runners to join our dynamic team. As we unveil an enhanced resort experience in January 2025, we are committed to delivering world‑class hospitality through exceptional service. Food Runners play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience by expediting food delivery from the kitchen to guests, maintaining presentation standards, and supporting the restaurant team in delivering outstanding guest service.

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure food presentation and quality meet Hawks Cay Resort standards before serving.
• Assist servers by promptly responding to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold Hawks Cay Resort’s service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting dining areas as needed.

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
