Sales Manager
Hawks Cay Resort is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will develop strategic sales plans, nurture key client relationships, and drive revenue across leisure, corporate, group, and event segments. This role requires a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in the Florida Keys.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve room revenue, banquet, and ancillary revenue targets
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and client meetings
- Collaborate closely with marketing and revenue teams to align sales activities with promotional campaigns and pricing strategies
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand alignment in all sales communications and interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of sales experience in the luxury hospitality or resort industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience selling in a full-service resort environment with mixed leisure, group, and corporate business
- Familiarity with Delphi, Cvent, Opera, or similar sales & catering systems
- Strong network within the Florida and Southeast meeting/event planner community
