EOS Hospitality - 1 Knights Key Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the resort;
Troubleshoot and repair:
Plumbing fixtures, Electrical components, HVAC systems, Kitchen and laundry equipment;
Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and basic building repairs;
Replace light bulbs, filters, switches, belts, and other components as needed;
Respond to guest and team member maintenance requests in a timely manner
