- Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, buses, and a variety of motor vehicles
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues with confidence
- Perform routine maintenance — oil changes, filters, fluids, and inspections
- Use industry diagnostic tools to pinpoint problems accurately and efficiently
- Complete thorough quality checks before every vehicle is returned to a customer
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional shop environment
- Located in or able to reliably commute to the Marathon, FL area
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of diesel mechanic or service technician experience
- Solid working knowledge of diagnostic tools and heavy-duty systems
- Hands‑on experience with heavy‑duty parts and components
- Valid driver's license
- A strong work ethic, a good attitude, and team‑player mentality
- Stable, long‑term employment with a shop that's been in business since 1974

This is a full‑time position. A 90‑day introductory period applies.
