• Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative fashion concepts and styles that align with current trends and brand identity
• Create detailed sketches and illustrations using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic design tools
• Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and 3D modeling software to visualize garment structures and prototypes
• Select appropriate textiles, fabrics, and materials based on textile knowledge in industrial design and garment construction principles
• Develop color palettes based on color theory to ensure cohesive and visually appealing collections
• Assist in the creation of technical drawings, mood boards, and presentation materials for internal reviews and client presentations
• Support merchandising efforts by styling outfits for photoshoots, runway shows, or retail displays while considering fashion retail standards

• Proven experience in fashion styling, fashion design, or related creative fields with a strong portfolio showcasing illustration, graphic design, and garment development work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CAD software, vector illustration tools, and graphic design illustration techniques
• Hands-on experience with sewing machines, garment construction techniques, sewing, and textile manipulation
• Knowledge of textiles used in industrial design along with an understanding of the product lifecycle from concept to production
• Familiarity with fashion retail environments and merchandising strategies to effectively style products for commercial success
• Artistic concept development skills complemented by theater experience or other performance arts are a plus for creative storytelling
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate seamlessly across design, marketing, production, and retail teams
