What We Offer Competitive compensation: $56–$64/hour Flexible scheduling — approximately 3 days per week to start

What You’ll DoAs our Dental Hygienist, you will play an important role in helping our patients maintain excellent oral health. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive preventive dental hygiene services

Performing dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and appropriate preventive treatments

Taking and reviewing dental radiographs as needed

Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and periodontal health

Reviewing treatment needs and communicating recommendations with patients and the dental team Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records

Working closely with the dentist and team to provide excellent patient care Creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient

What We’re Looking For Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Massachusetts Current CPR certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA compassionate, patient-focused approach

Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of the team Commitment to providing high-quality dental care
