Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) license for the appropriate grade level
• Experience supporting students in early childhood or pre-K settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies
• Compassionate, collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized educational plans tailored to each student's needs
• Deliver instruction utilizing ABA techniques within a structured pre-K classroom
• Collect and analyze student performance data to inform instructional decisions

• Comply with all reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements
