Key
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) license for the appropriate grade level
- Experience supporting students in early childhood or pre-K settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies
- Compassionate, collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized educational plans tailored to each student's needs
- Deliver instruction utilizing ABA techniques within a structured pre-K classroom
- Collect and analyze student performance data to inform instructional decisions
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators, therapists, and family members to support each childs learning objectives
- Foster a positive, safe, and supportive classroom culture
- Comply with all reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements
