Special Education Teacher - Marblehead, MA

• Active Massachusetts Special Education Teacher Licensure required
• Experience working with K-8th grade students, particularly in special education settings
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, and colleagues
• Adaptability, patience, and a passion for inclusive education

• Provide high-quality instruction tailored to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and maintain effective IEPs, tracking progress and adjusting goals as needed
• Collaborate with support staff and general education teachers to foster an inclusive environment
• Deliver small group and one-on-one interventions
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with families regarding student progress
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Attend team meetings, complete required documentation, and participate in professional development as needed
