Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system‑led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community‑based ambulatory care. This work stems from Mass General Brigham's unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs. The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

We are located at 1 Widger Road, Marblehead, MA and the practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

• Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Education
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse (RN – State License) – Generic – HR Only required.
Basic Life Support (BLS Certification) – Various Issuers preferred.

Experience
Clinical nursing experience 0–1 year required;
Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1–2 years preferred.

• Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Preferred:

• Family Medicine experience.
