The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system‑led operating entity that delivers high quality, low cost, innovative community‑based ambulatory care. This practice provides Primary Care services, offering internal medicine, family medicine, behavioral and mental health, urgent care, outpatient surgery, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. The practice is located at 1 Widger Road, Marblehead, MA 01945. The RN will support a collaborative team of physicians, RNs, medical assistants, and front desk staff, performing phone triage, office visits, patient education, injections, and in‑basket management.

• Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post‑procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

• Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred.

• Clinical nursing experience 0‑1 year required.
• Ambulatory Care or Outpatient Experience 1‑2 years preferred.

• Primary Care experience.
• Outpatient experience.
