Registered Nurse, Family Medicine. Marblehead Move Collective

We are seeking a full‑time, 40‑hour RN to support our practice on site. The practice operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This RN will perform traditional clinical duties including phone triage, office visits, patient education, injections, and in‑basket management. The practice is supported by a collaborative team of 5 physicians, 3 RNs, 7 medical assistants, and 7 front desk staff.

Each RN is responsible for supporting a designated group of physicians.

Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

• Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post‑procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

• Education:
  
  Associate's Degree Nursing required;
  Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• Licenses and Credentials:
  Registered Nurse (RN‑Massachusetts) required;
  Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Clinical nursing experience 0‑1 year required;
  Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1‑2 years preferred.
• Preferred:
  Primary Care experience;
  Outpatient experience.
