ELS is hiring for the position of Restaurant Expeditor in Marblehead, Ohio.
** Become a part of our team take pride in providing exceptional service to every member! We are looking for friendly, professional help at Bay Point Resort and Marina
** Expeditors communicate orders and information between front of house and back of house, making sure the orders are being cooked in a timely fashion, so that all orders for a table are ready at the same time and make sure that once the food is cooked, servers and food runners run food to the table while it's warm and ready.

*** A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team
* Passion for providing extraordinary service. Making sure the plate is dressed and garnished correctly and free from smudges or spills for guest presentation.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
* A passion for cooking with a keen eye for freshness, quality and cleanliness
* An appetite for learning (and great food)
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
* Required to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach and perform frequent to constant handling activities
* Maintain cooking line in a clean, sanitary and safe manner
* Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
