Bartender

Join us on picturesque Marblehead Harbor where you will work with an awesome team and wonderful club members! We are hiring for experienced bartenders to join us for the 2026 season from April-November. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, energetic and possess a passion for exceeding member expectations. We have full and part-time positions available. Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts are required.

Candidates must be T.I.P.S or Serv Safe Alcohol certified and at least 18 years of age.

• Consistent friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service with a smile
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Reliability to support the team for all schedule shifts
• Adhere to local and state laws and the club's policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
• Ability to work a minimum of three (3) shifts per week including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Knowledgeable of standard drink recipes.

Pay Rate: $7.30 - $8.25+, Depending on Experience
