Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter & Plumber who has skills in other trades to join our team.
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of these specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out efficiently and completed within required deadlines.
Qualifications- Experienced Carpenter & Plumber
- Experience in other trades
- Good customer care and communication skills
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only)
- Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment (no visa sponsorship)
- Basic Criminal Record Check clearance required
