Spa Specialist

Overview

Our Spa Specialists play an important role in supporting vital Spa functions and helping to build a memorable and unique guest experience with Spa services. They take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their experience. Spa Specialists promote Spa services or retail, schedule reservations and confirm appointments, provide answers about services, check in guests, and process payments, making transactions feel like part of the experience.

Spa Specialists will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), manage reservation software (read and visually verify information), and perform tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted and up to 25 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
