Encore Global - Up to $20.33/hour - - Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation:
Ensure flawless event setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.;
Customer Service:
Exceed expectations and maintain positive client relationships; on-site guest meetings to confirm needs.;
Technical Ability:
Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and software issues; handle equipment changes promptly.;
Systems Knowledge:
Follow procedures, complete paperwork accurately, use equipment sheets, interact with staff/vendors; upsell to increase revenue.;
Increases revenue by utilizing floor up-selling techniques; finalize invoices and complete order entries as needed.
