As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role will significantly contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships with clients to help them achieve their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients as they enter the branch, leveraging a tablet to manage lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
  • Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate and assist clients with day‑to‑day banking transactions, including the use of technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
  • Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Client‑centric mindset, consistently delivering attentive and friendly service and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, demonstrating genuine care and concern during interactions with clients.
  • Strong communication skills, engaging clients clearly and politely to understand and help anticipate their needs.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills, resolving client issues quickly and consistently.
  • Team orientation, collaborating to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
  • Rapid learning of products, services, and procedures.
  • Client service experience or comparable experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
