• Serve as the first impression and primary contact at the community, providing extraordinary service.
• Be kind, patient, and extremely well organized; commit to making every resident, family member, and visitor feel they are the most important person in our community.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and represent our operating principles positively.

We are looking for someone who believes the Concierge role is a key component of our operation and takes pride in their work.

• 3 year experience as a concierge
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
