Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures for access control, visitor screening, and other security-related activities at the location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, permissions, and deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or private areas.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency responders when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, amenities, and perimeter to observe conditions, report unusual activity, and support security-related policies.;
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and pass-down information related to visitor activity, access events, incidents, and/or property concerns.
