Seasonal Support Driver

Job Overview

As a seasonal support driver (SSD), you’ll deliver packages to communities and businesses in the comfort of your own vehicle. This is a friendly, physically active role, so you’ll need to enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and safely being behind the wheel. The position requires schedule flexibility as work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

You may experience a short waiting period between when you’re hired and your first day on the job; our team will keep you in the loop every step of the way via text.

• Deliver packages to communities and businesses using your own vehicle.
• Work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and maintain safety while driving.
• Adhere to UPS appearance guidelines and company policies.
• Comply with all operational and scheduling requirements, including Saturday and holiday work as needed.

• Lift up to 70 pounds.
• Driver’s license in the state you live; proof required.
• No prior experience needed.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Seasonal support drivers must comply with UPS appearance guidelines.

• Provide proof of vehicle registration.
• Provide proof of minimum state insurance.
• Vehicles must be under 10,000 pounds.
• If the vehicle is a truck, it must have a covered and secured bed.
• No other company logos or markings, no bumper stickers, political stickers, or offensive markings.

• Part‑time opportunity.
• Excellent hourly pay – $23.00/hour plus mileage reimbursement of $0.70 per mile.
• Paid weekly.
• Deliver from the comfort of your own car.
• No experience necessary.
• Seasonal role that may lead to a permanent position with additional benefits.
