Work Model
This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot existing manufacturing processes, fixtures, tooling, or equipment.
- Design, build, or procure improved fixtures, tooling, or equipment.
- Work with manufacturing associates to promote and implement continuous improvement programs.
- Develop data and information to justify new or replacement equipment and prepare capital expenditure requests.
- Develop detailed analysis and effective recommendations for improvement of assembly processes with respect to quality, delivery, and cost for assigned cells within the Value Stream.
- Develop and implement standardized work practices on the manufacturing floor.
- Provide operations input on new product development/commercialization efforts to ensure products meet quality performance standards and are highly manufacturable from a quality perspective.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Prior experience with DMGMori and Citizen Swiss Lathe machines.
- Experience developing standard work processes for manual assembly.
- Experience with fixture and tooling design.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Working knowledge of ISO
9001 standards and quality systems. - Demonstrated project‑management skills and knowledge of standardized work practices.
- Strong continuous‑improvement skills and leadership competencies.
- Sense of urgency; proactive recognition and resolution of issues.
- Ability to perform duties individually and in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tolerance for ambiguity.
- Solid organization, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Solid Works and AutoCAD design packages.
- U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Green Card holder (required for ITAR compliance).
Physical Demands – While performing the duties in this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. Work Environment – The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
SalaryThe salary range for this position is $85,000 – $105,000 annually, dependent on location, skill set, experience, and internal comparisons.
