As a Commercial Cleaner at Image One Facility Solutions, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a variety of commercial environments. You will work with a dedicated team to provide excellent cleaning services that ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all building occupants. Your role is critical in ensuring that clients are satisfied with the cleanliness and overall appearance of their facilities.

• Cleaning and Sanitizing:
  Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces in offices, hallways, restrooms, and other commercial areas.
• Restroom Maintenance:
  Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish paper products, soap, and trash bags, ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards.
• Floor Care:
  Maintain and clean carpets, hard floors, and other surface types using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Trash Removal:
  Empty trash bins and replace liners. Dispose of waste in compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Safety & Maintenance:
  Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Report any safety hazards, damage, or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.

  - Specific Tasks:
  
  Follow detailed client instructions for specific cleaning tasks and schedules to ensure customized cleaning services.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure all areas are cleaned to company standards and client expectations. Conduct periodic quality checks to maintain consistency.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong focus on cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and clients in a professional manner.
• Reliable Transportation:
  Must have reliable transportation to commute to various job sites.
• Shift: This position is for days 8a.m.
