About the role:

Perform painting operations for the full line of products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What you will do:

Perform painting operations (priming or finishing) in a dry booth, painting the full line of products.

Mask parts as necessary to protect the electrical system, hydraulic cylinders, seats, etc.

Clean surfaces and prepare the painting products.

Unmask parts.

Add thinner to commercially prepared paint to obtain the desired consistency.

Apply the primary and finish coats to the completed product using a limited range of colors and paint types, changing nozzles and pressures as required.

Work from ladders.

Move material as required and use material handling equipment.

Always observe safe work practices; wear protective clothing and a respirator.

Performs 5S activities within assigned areas.

Always acts in a professional and courteous manner, representing Logisnext Americas' highest standards of business conduct

Learns new duties and adapts to changed conditions quickly and easily.

Supports company safety and process improvement initiatives.

Demonstrates teamwork through regular interactions with others in the organization

Adheres to all environmental, health, safety, and quality policies to assist the company in achieving our goal of reducing our carbon footprint, preventing or mitigating undesired effects, and achieving continual improvement.

When & Where:

Manufacturing environment8–12-hour workdays

Onsite role Frequent overtime

What you need to have:

Previous experience with powdered paint and/or spray paint applications in a manufacturing facility or a similar environment

What would be nice to have:

H.S. diploma, GED, or experience in lieu of education with previous painting experience with similar products desired.
