General Merchandise Department Manager

Overview

Sullivan's Foods is hiring for a General Merchandise (GM) Department Manager to join our team!

As the General Merchandise Department Manager, you will:

• provide remarkable customer service to each and every guest – whether they visit our store, call us for a special order or have questions
• build exciting merchandising displays that help us sell more products and reach our gross profit goals
• evaluate product for quality and freshness to ensure guests receive only the highest quality items
• order product and maintain proper inventory levels
• assist team members in their duties, including preparing product, maintaining a clean and safe work setting, stocking product, organizing the cooler and freezer, breaking down cardboard, and managing trash

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred
