No.42 Margate by Guest House is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead our intimate, boutique hotel’s housekeeping operation. You’ll be a hands-on leader, ensuring every room and public space looks its very best and you’ll mentor a small team to maintain consistency across shifts.
You’ll plan rotas, manage stock and liaise with Front Office and Maintenance to resolve guest requests quickly, while sustaining a friendly, detail-led culture that reflects Margate’s coastal charm.
