Maintenance Handyman

Maintenance Operative / Handyman
Temporary Role - 4 to 6 Months
Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Handyman to support a busy manufacturing site on a temporary basis for approximately 4-6 months.

This is a varied role involving general maintenance and site support duties across the facility, including:

Dismantling and moving racking and equipment
Painting and general decorating touch-ups
Changing locks and carrying out minor repairs
Supporting with basic building maintenance tasks
Assisting with office and production area set-ups and alterations
Carrying out general upkeep and improvements around the site
Moving furniture, fixtures, and materials where required
Supporting the maintenance team with ad hoc tasks and projects
Ensuring work areas are kept safe, tidy, and organised

We are looking for someone with previous trade or maintenance experience who is adaptable, practical, and happy to support with a range of tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with a proactive approach and a hands-on attitude.

Requirements:

Previous maintenance, trade, or handyman experience
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work
