Are you an experienced Handyman or Maintenance Operative looking for your next opportunity?

We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our client's team in Margate, Kent. If you enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

You will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including:

• Making good brickwork and carrying out minor repairs
• Filling holes, preparing surfaces, and painting & decorating
• Building and installing stud walls
• General grounds maintenance and site upkeep
• Completing a variety of general maintenance tasks as required
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

• Previous experience in a Handyman, Maintenance Operative, or similar role
• Good all-round maintenance and building skills
• Experience with basic brickwork repairs, painting, and stud wall installation
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality workmanship

• Competitive pay of £13.50 per hour
