Envision Physician Services is currently seeking a CRNA for a full-time opportunity to join our outstanding practice at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital, Perfectly Located Between Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton!!

Highlights of this opportunity:

* Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 14 Physicians and 16 CRNA's.

* 9 state-of-the-art OR's with annual case numbers approximately 11,000 surgeries

* Case Mix:
General, Bariatric, Electrophysiology, Urology, Robotics, OB, Ortho, Spine

* No Open Heart and No Peds

* Flexible scheduling, offering schedules based on your lifestyle needs - 3,4,5 day work weeks

* Family environment that focus on your development and quality of life

* Weekend call from Home every 6-12 weeks

* Excellent pay - 8-9 weeks PTO
