Partner with the Chief CRNA and medical leadership to oversee clinical operations, quality initiatives, scheduling, and team development Clinical + Administrative Balance:
Maintain hands-on clinical practice while contributing to strategic and operational decision-making Collaborative Care Model:
Work alongside a team of highly skilled anesthesiologists, APPs Mentorship & Growth:
