Accounts Payable Specialist

Antonline is currently seeking an intern or part-time accounting assistant to work with our team on some entry level tasks with potential growth opportunities.

Antonline is leading online computer and electronics reseller with very high tech and internally developed software which incorporates automation.

• Responsible for AP weekly entries
• Reconcile internal balances with vendor statements
• Assist with company and related companies administrative tasks.
• Prepare weekly Remittances for payments as scheduled
• Enter credit memos based on classification
• Assist with quarterly audits
• Assist with customer refunds and dispute support services.

• Experience with accounts payables and cash flow management.
• Finance and asset management experience.
• Proficient with Excel program.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially excel) and internal ERP System software.
• Must be tech savvy and able to navigate through different website portals.
• Ability to learn and adapt to knew processes.
• Well organized with ability to prioritize.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
