Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Full financial statement preparation and ownership of monthly close processes as the Senior Accountant

• Oversee payroll and benefits accounting with attention to regulatory compliance

• Support fund accounting and maintain accurate reporting across multiple funding sources

• Assist the Finance Director with reporting, analysis, and strategic financial support

• Contribute to accounting functions for affiliated entities as part of the Senior Accountant role

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 4+ years of experience, ideally in a Senior Accountant or similar role

• Strong experience preparing financial statements

• Must hold a CPA license or CPA-track preferred for the Senior Accountant

• Experience with Yardi and/or ADP is a plus for this Senior Accountant role

• Exposure to fund accounting, government accounting, or HUD accounting preferred
