Prepare monthly billing packages for multiple companies. Perform job costing process. Accounts payable assist with month-end close. Perform bank reconciliations. Generate monthly and yearly accounting reports. Train and manage accounting clerks overseeing multiple sub-companies. Requirements: BS in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years experience, job costing/WIP reporting, Procore software.
